We booked king room and enjoyed it. It had a soft bed and included a clean bathroom a hair dryer and fresh towels.

It was fairly clean, staff was good. The location was marvellous and awesome, not too far from Harderbahn Funicular. You could walk to shops and convenience stores.

My family room and bed were soft. The setting was particularly good, right by the garden for 15 minutes, Interlaken West and interlaken train station. It also was on next to tall mountains.

Lovely old hotel in an unbeatable position on the mountains. The helpful and super-friendly staff all round. Wonderful experience there...

The location was good and incredible: souvenir shops and supermarkets were within walking distance. We stayed in the triple room which was wonderful. Everyone was very very nice and polite.

My stay at Marco was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Interlaken West train station and surrounded by plenty of shops. The staff at Marco were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The rooms were neat and tidy, providing a comfortable and cozy space to rest after a long day of exploring. And to top it off, the price was very affordable. I had a great experience at Marco and would highly recommend it to others.

The location was great, close to town centre! There were brand-new and clean rooms with incredibly thin walls, private bathroom, for instance.

Convenient location, close to everything in Interlaken. Reasonable price for the room with a private bathroom.- The hostel is situated in a key location, just a short walk from the train station and other attractions.

The cleanliness of the hostel was subpar, with hair on the bed and a shared bathroom that wasn't very clean due to other guests using it. The staff seemed rushed and the communication was lacking, leading to confusion and inconvenience during check-in.

The hotel was clean with spacious and warm rooms and super-friendly staff. The property was situated in the very central location in the centre of town. Appreciated my stay, had a decent experience.
